Back to School Daze 2009-2010

Simons Boys ready for their first day of school

Dylan is a Freshman at Northview.

Kyle is in the 8th grade at Arbor Hills.

Luke is in the 6th grade at Arbor Hills.

Nicholas is in the 3rd grade at Whiteford Elementary.

It's time to face the adventure of another school year...it is difficult to believe this summer went by as quickly as this one did. We're hoping for a great 2009-2010 school year with 4 boys in 3 different schools.

Yummy Grape Salad

"Jennifer Helton's Yummy Grape Salad"

2 lbs. green grapes

2lbs. red grapes

1 8 oz. cream cheese soften

1 8 oz. sour cream

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla

( mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar until creamy)

then mix in grapes until well coated.

Top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Chill overnight...enjoy :):)

Meeting Grandpa Lake

We had a Lake Family Picnic at City Park in Bowling Green
in order to visit with my Dad who drove in from Rogersville, TN
to meet Jeff and Denise's children, Andy and Amy's children and even Amy.
It was a pretty fun day.
